Fred is Senior Advisor to Barclays Global Investors, one of the largest institutional money managers in the world, and was its chairman and CEO for 15 years. He is also a private investor focused on early stage ventures. Fred is chairman of Novazone Incorporated, a clean technology company focused on high-purity water and air for food processing, cooling towers, pharmaceuticals, and beverages; and chairman of Financial Crossing, a financial technology company focused on liability management solutions. He is a Woodrow Wilson Fellow, has a Ph.D. in Business from Stanford University, and was a professor at M.I.T. and Columbia University. His not-for-profit focus is on education, as trustee of the Commonfund, The Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, and as advisor to the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research.
Donald Putnam

Donald is founder and managing partner of Grail Partners, LLC, a merchant bank specializing in the investment management industry and related businesses. Prior to establishing Grail, he co-founded Putnam Lovell NBF, where he served as chief executive officer, vice chairman of the board, and managing director in the firm's investment banking group. Don previously held senior positions at SEI Investments, including executive vice president and division president of SEI, founder and president of SEI Financial Services Company, and founder and president of its various mutual funds, with assets under management in excess of $15 billion.
Gary Brackenridge

Gary brings more than a decade of financial services technology and risk management experience to his leadership role at ITP. In addition to his responsibilities for day-to-day management, he serves on the Board of Directors, where he works with other industry veterans to drive the firm’s strategic direction. Before joining ITP, Gary held several roles at Argenesis, a financial services software provider. Within the company’s TradeXpress business unit, he oversaw all aspects of design and development, as well as sales. He was also previously a senior technology consultant at TenFold Corporation, where he was responsible for system design, development, deployment, and support for TenFold’s custom-built financial application products.
Curtis Eaves, Ph.D
Director
Curtis has been a Professor of Operations Research at Stanford University, since 1975. He also taught at the School of Business, University of California at Berkeley in 1969. His educational background includes: Cowels Foundation for Research in Economics, Yale University Guggenheim Fellowship, 1979; School of Industrial Engineering and Management, Technion, Haifa, Israel; and the Laboratorie d'Econometrie, L'Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, France.
Thomas G. Mendell

Thomas is a director of Steleus Networks, Inc.; The Identity Group; International Components Corporation; and OnCare Inc. In addition, he is an Executive Committee member of the Board of Directors of the Cancer Research Institute, and heads the Sponsoring Group and is a member of the Leadership Council of The National Mentoring Partnership. He is on the Alumni Board of Directors of the Harvard Business School and a member of The Rockefeller University Council and The Brookings Council.
S. Craig Cognetti, CFA

As vice president of Grail Partners, Craig focuses on M&A execution and principal investing in the firm’s New York office. Previously, he was with Chelsey Capital, a NYC based private equity/hedge fund and Mellon Ventures, the $1.4 billion private equity arm of Mellon Financial. Prior to joining the Mellon Ventures, Craig was in Mellon Financial’s Corporate Strategy and Development group, where he worked closely with Mellon's executive management on M&A transactions. |
