Gary Brackenridge
President, Chief Executive Officer & Director
Gary brings more than a decade of financial services technology and risk management experience to his leadership role at ITP. In addition to his responsibilities for day-to-day management, he serves on the Board of Directors, where he works with other industry veterans to drive the firm’s strategic direction. Before joining ITP, Gary held several roles at Argenesis, a financial services software provider. Within the company’s TradeXpress business unit, he oversaw all aspects of design and development, as well as sales. He was also previously a senior technology consultant at TenFold Corporation, where he was responsible for system design, development, deployment, and support for TenFold’s custom-built financial application products.
Richard Naramore
Chief Service Delivery Officer
Rick is responsible for the successful delivery and integration of ITP products and services to customers worldwide. He has more than 25 years of diverse technology implementation experience in the financial services industry, encompassing portfolio management, fixed income and derivatives trading, securities operations, treasury, and equity research. During Instinet’s growth years, he helped lead the development of the firm’s next-generation post-trade processing systems that supported electronic equity trading in 35 markets around the world and processed 10 percent of the U.S. equity trade volume daily. He also led the deployment of Web-based retail trading platforms and numerous STP enhancements for the firm’s clearing business. In addition to his work at Instinet, Rick previously held technology implementation roles at Security Pacific Merchant Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Securities.
Alan Greenberg
Chief Product Development Officer
Alan has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has a broad range of success in bridging the gap between technology and business requirements, particularly in operations areas of banks and securities firms. Prior to joining ITP, he managed technology, product, and business areas at Market XT, Instinet, Prudential Securities, and Chemical Bank. At Instinet, he was head of global post-trade applications development as settlement volume increased from 10,000/day to more than 800,000/day. He was responsible for self-clearing and STP technology initiatives, implementing automated linkages for allocation, confirmation, matching, and settlement tracking. While at Prudential Securities, he managed application development for equity research and investment banking, focusing on finance, decision support, modeling, and accounting.
Naor Yuval
Director, Head of Development
Naor has more than a dozen years of experience developing software solutions for major financial services and technology enterprises. Since joining ITP in 2001, he has taken the lead in architecting the company’s leading-edge products and solutions, including technology selection, software architecture, implementation, and maintenance. He oversees the product team’s design and development of ITP software, from the core components to the specific client features.
James Muentener
Director, Head of Finance and Administration
James oversees all areas of corporate finance, human resources, and administration at ITP. During his career, he has spent over 10 years focusing on the financial software sector. Most recently, he was the financial lead, acting as Controller, for the U.S. operations of the software company royalblue financial (Fidessa). Prior to that, he spent eight years in the public accounting arena, specializing in corporate taxation and revenue recognition. |
